Trans Visibility Day at Legacy Boston
Yesterday, March 31st, was International Trans Visibility Day! I have so many incredible trans friends in my life and I feel blessed to know each one of them (and me too - I identify as non-binary).
I was super-excited to go my favorite nightclub, Legacy in Boston to celebrate this special day with some of my favorite trans-icons! 💫
LaGanja Estranja
LaGanja Estranja has been one of my favorite Drag Race Queens of all since I started binging the show. Her deeply emotional and honest nature resonate with me and her dancing ability is off-the-hook!
I have been waiting for my day to meet her in person and that day finally came! They say that meeting your idols can be disappointing but meeting LaGanja Estranja made me so very happy for she was as friendly and approachable in person as she comes across on tv.

Violencia Exclamation Point
Those who know me know Violencia is special to me, for she welcomed me into the New England drag scene and gave me my first opportunity to perform.
A true icon of drag culture, she is one of the most prolific American drag artists yet. Violencia has been a full time professional drag queen for 13 years, starting at the age of 20. Her appearance in Dragula Season 3 barely scratched the surface of who this remarkable queen is to queer culture.
